"Of course. I must warn you though, I don't know much about hunting. I have done it before, but never had to rely on my skills. And Lune would have to come. I cant leave her by herself. If you don't want us both along though, we don't have to come."
Cylon understood why she would want her sister to go along, she was obviously very protective of her as she appeared to be the only family she had left. He grinned widely as her stomach growled its impatience.
"Well, we must educate you then. Can't have any dog in these times not knowing how to hunt. And I suppose its fine if Lune joins us, as long as its okay with Avalon."
He turned and glanced at Avalon questioningly as he spoke the last of his sentence.

Avalon nodded and smiled at Calliou and Lune. It would be fun to all go hunting together. Avalon had never really been one to keep to herself. Being on her own latley, she had learned that she actually really enjoyed being around others and it got rather lonely in her little shack all by herself. She remembered the first time her father had taken her out and taught her to hunt. She closed her eyes in sorrow at that precious memory. Where was her father, now? She blinked quickly and smiled once more, "We'd love to have you both," she assured them.

"We'd love to have you both." Avalon said. Cylon nodded in agreement, thinking about how nice it would be to not be hunting by himself for once. Maybe with more dogs, they could find more prey. It would be very nice to have a good meal for once in a long time.
"So..."He said slowly."Where would you like to hunt?" He asked questioningly, wondering to himself where they would find the most prey. "Would you like to try the Deep Jungle? Agro's guards do not often venture there so I'm told. He surprised himself with his comment, but the Deep Jungle would indeed be a good place to hunt.

Destiny crept carefully up the steep incline leading to the top of the cliffs. She was following the scent of a group of several dogs. She was slightly nervous due to the fact that she couldn't tell exactly how many dogs were up there. More than two, that was for sure. "Would you like to try the Deep Jungle? Agro's guards do not often venture there so I'm told." It was a male's voice. She peered around a large boulder and spotted four dogs. One male, three females. So they were concerned about running into guards? Destiny suddenly felt much more confident that she would be safe. She cleared her throat and slowly approached the strangers not wanting to alarm them. As she drew closer, she realized with relief that she recognized one of the females. "Avalon!" she called, quickening her pace.

"Avalon!" The loud cry of a female made Cylon turn abruptly. He almost snarled in frustration, there were so many dogs coming to the cliffs anymore. He sighed and turned his attention to the new female.
"Hello there!" He called to the female calmly in greeting. All he wanted to do was go hunting, would one more addition to their hunting party make a difference?
"I don't mean to sound abrupt miss, but we were just about to set off hunting. Seeing as you appear to be a friend of Avalon's, you are welcome to join us if you want." He said politely.

Avaon pricked her ears at the sound of her name. She turned to see Destiny approaching. She had met Destiny a short time ago when she had stumbled upon the rebel's hideout. Destiny had been the one too interogate her and find out for sure that she was loyal to Aspen. "Destiny!" Avalon greeted her, "What are you doing way up here?" Avalon's welcoming smile faded as she spotted something that appeared to be worry in Destiny's eyes. Something was wrong. She cocked her head questioningly, glancing at the other three nervously. What was Destiny so worried about? What was going on? Had something happened to Aspen?

Cylon got to his feet slowly, making obvious that he was anxious to get moving. He stretched luxuriously and shook the stiffness out of his limbs, getting ready to run. With a yawn he stood straight, looking at the dogs around him expectantly.
"Are you guys ready to go now?He asked with a grin, but internally he was very impatient to stop all this droning talk and to get on with it. He turned and walked a little way away to where Lune was.
"I believe we are going soon.

Destiny rolled her eyes in irratation at the male's eagerness to hunt. Her sense of urgency made her a little short tempered. "You won't ever hunt again if you don't listen to what I have to say," she snapped. She paused, repeating that phrase in her mind. "I'm sorry," she appoligized, "I don't mean to be rude, I'm just being blunt. You are all about to be in serious danger. Unfortunatley I can't go over the specifics, rebel secrecy and all, but I can tell you this. Tonight, Agro's guards will return. Not just to the village but everywhere. No place will be safe from their search. You must find the best hiding spot you could possibly imagine and stay there for as long as is necessary. If you are found, you will likely be killed, or perhaps tortured and then killed." Destiny glanced up at the sky. The sun had set completley now. Knight was surely at the castle, waiting for Knight. Perhaps Knight had already delivered the keys and Knight was making his way to the dungeon. "I'm afraid we don't have much time," Destiny said, worriedly, glancing back at the four dogs.

"You must find the best hiding spot you could possibly imagine and stay there for as long as is necessary. If you are found, you will likely be killed, or perhaps tortured then killed."Destiny's words made Cylon shudder. He gave an internal snarl at the thought of being ripped apart by Agro's guards. He had no doubts about what this female said, it sounded like exactly the sort of thing Agro would do to try and eliminate the Resistance.
Cylon glanced at Caillou. He didn't know how well she and her sister knew the area, nor where they would hide. But he had a pretty decent idea of where he would go. They would be welcome to come with him if they wished. It was unlike him, to be so intent on helping these other dogs, but he hated how Agro's bloody rule had lasted and wanted nothing more than to keep as many dogs alive as he could.
"How long should we stay hidden exactly? We need to know if we will need to take supplies with us. I take it we should take to a hidden area immediately?" He asked Destiny, tone completely calm as was his usual way. Never show fear or worry and those around you think you are neither scared nor worried.

Destiny glanced once again at the sky. The sun was almost completley set now. The plan would soon be in motion. "Yes, immediatley. Unfortunatly, I do not know how long you will need to stay hidden. That depends on how long Agro and his guards continue searching the island," she replied. She hoped she hadn't given away what the rebels were planning. She was not supposed to tell anyone of their plan, for who knew whether or not they would be captured and exchange the information for their lives. But Destiny knew Avalon, and if Avalon trusted these dogs then Destiny did, too. She glanced up at the sky one last time. "I'm sorry," she rushed, "I must be going. It won't be long now." With that she rushed off the way she had came, down the cliff to the beach.

As the female retreated back along the cliff line, the way she had come, Cylon watched her go. Then he turned to the other three dogs around him. "We should be going, I'm guessing from her urgency this is important. I know a good hiding place, if any of you are interested in joining me. It is not far, just down the cliff a little way."Cylon said.

Avalon smiled at Cylon's offer and nodded, "I'll come," she agreed. She turned to watch Destiny disappear into the distance and silently wished her luck. Avalon didn't think she could ever bear the burden of being a rebel. Destiny had to venture out of her safe haven to make sure others were safe. All Avalon had to do was look out for herself, and now her friends. She turned to Caillou and Lune and pricked her ears questioningly. "Are you guys coming?" She hoped they would join them. Though she hadn't known them for very long at all, it was as though all of them were the perfect group together. Almost like a family. She glanced at Lune and then at Cylon and smiled. A very...interesting...family.

"I'll come,"Avalon agreed. Cylon gave a little smile, already he felt a sort of family connection towards these other dogs. He wanted to help them however he could. He wasn't sure why he had come so far out of his usual distrusting routine, but he had all the same.
He turned his nose to the warm sea breeze and looked in the direction of his chosen hiding spot. It was a cave, on the outside you couldn't see it. It was no more than a small crack in the side of the cliff, but as you walked further down the tunnel it widened out into a large cave. The others would be surprised to see it. You had to descend to the base of the cliff to get there, a difficult task, but one he had mastered. He would show the the path to take. They would not need many supplies, he often stayed there and knew that a stream of fresh water trickled down the wall of the cave and he had a small pile of prey in the back from his latest hunting expedition.
"We should go. Caillou, Lune, you are welcome to come too. I have a feeling time is short." He said, still facing the way the would have to travel.

Avalon stood next to Cylon as they waited for Caillou and Lune to decide amoungst themselves. A long howl broke through the quiet of the night. It sounded like some kind of alarm call that made her uneasy. "Perhaps we should move ahead to this safe spot and they can follow us if they choose to," she whispered to Cylon. Destiny's warning had made her nervous. Something big was about to happen, and they had no clue what it was or how to prepare. They needed to get to shelter as soon as possible or who knows what would happen. They couldn't stand around forever trying to make a decision.

"Perhaps we should move ahead to this safe spot and they can follow us if they choose to," Whispered Avalon, obviously made jittery by the nearby howl of a guard, no doubt. Cylon knew what she was thinking, his nerves screamed for him to take off at a run to get away from this menace. He glanced up at Caillou and Lune, fear sparkling bright in his eyes.
He new Avalon was right, if the two of them wanted to live, they would follow. He still didn't want to leave them partially abandoned, but his concern for his own life towered over all others once again.
"Avalon, I'm afraid you are correct. We must go now if we want to get out with our lives. Caillou, Lune, this leaves me with no choice. You can follow us if you wish, but know that our scent will not remain long from the spray of the sea water, and you will have no other way to get to the cave without our scent, the ocean would consume you. So, if you choose to come, come quickly." He said, what was almost sadness rang clearly in his voice. He had never had so much trouble about his emotions showing, then again, he didn't think he had ever had emotions like what he felt now. The ones of family, and regret.
