Harley walked around in the palace, nervous. She hated being in Agro's presence but couldn't really help it. She just needed to gain his trust, then she would find out helpful information. Information that could help the Rebels suceed. She knew the rebels were planning to break Aspen out, and she didn't' want them to get caught. She hated not being with the other Rebels, because she didn't really know what they were doing, and she had no one to tell her what to do. It wasn't that she couldn't think for herself, but she just didn't want to mess up any plans the Rebels had. She had a bad habbit of always being in the wrong place at the wrong time. After much thought, she just decided to do nothing. Nothing was always the best thing to do when you couldn't think of anything else.

Roscoe strolled casually up the stairs until he reached the servants quarters which wasn't far from the guard's quarters. He glanced around and saw that it was empty except for one tiny little dog. His sly, devilish grin graced his features once more as he began to walk towards her. Harley was all alone. "Well well well, look what we have here. Little Harley is all alone. That's not very safe now is it?" He growled, his eyes narrowed and a grin still on his face. He crossed the room and came to stand over her, his red brown eyes gazing down at her with amusement.

Harley looked up at Roscoe. She wouldn't let him get to her. "What do you want, Roscoe? Because if it's not important, I have things I need to be doing."Harley snapped. There was no way they couldn't found out about her being in the rebels. She had done nothing to make them suspect that. She glared at Roscoe. Oh, look what we have here, a big stupid dog, trying to indimidate me. That's not very smart, now is it? Harley continued to meet Roscoe's eyes. She had to be strong, she couldn't let him see through her. She was getting better at this everyday. Soon, she'd be completely comfortable around the gaurds, and maybe actually feel that she fit in. Of course, she never would, seeing as in their eyes, she's a traitor.

Roscoe chuckled at her bravery and shook his head amused when SHE tried to tell HIM what to do. Aw man, this little dog was just to funny. Roscoe's expression quickly changed from amused to fury in less than a second. He snapped his jaws at Harley. "Listen to me you little mutt! Aspen has escaped and I have a VERY good feeling you know something about it. So you better tell me what you know or else I will spill your guts for you!" He growled, standing over her once again. He applauded himself on the joke but didn't let his amusement reach his features this time. His teeth were bared now and he was tired of being nice. He could lose his hide for losing the princess and he knew that she was one of the best chances of being a rebel and he wasn't going to leave until he had some answers!

Harley looked around. So you and your fellow gaurds weren't smart enough, or talented enough to keep Aspen in a cell? That seems like a pretty easy job, too me. And threatening me will get you no where. I had nothing to do with Aspen's escape. My alligence lies with Agro only. How do I know, you're not a double agent? Or one of your guards? You're the ones who let her escape, so the logical choice would be a guard. I haven't even been in the dungeon in days! I stay out of there. I think you should start perstering someone else, someone more likely to have some involvment in the rebels." Harley spoke, calmly, hoping she convinced Roscoe. He had no reason to suspect her, other than he probably didn't like her.

Roscoe's patience was already running thin and Harley was about ready to snap them. He growled and knocked her backwards with his paw before putting it heavily on her chest and holding her to the ground, her back pinned to the stone floor. "How dare you insult me and then accuse me of treason! You forget your place mutt! I am superior to you and you better remember that before I kill you as well! And I know you know something because you know almost everything that goes on around here and you are always leaving the palace and then returning. Where is it that you go? Agro doesn't send you on any missions! You are simply a messenger. Now if you don't tell me what you know then I will kill you right here and now. And I WON'T make it fast." He snapped, his jaws snapping dangerously close to her. His red brown eyes glared down at her, daring her to test his patience again.

Harley rolled her eyes. "I'm afraid you're mistaken. Since Agro took his rule, I have not left the palace once. And yes, I dare ask about your loyalties, because that would make more sense, since the gaurds are the only ones who watch Aspen. Maybe you should question them before bothering me. What could a small dog like me do anyways? Like I'd be a threat to Agro, and how would've I helped Aspen escape? I don't have the answers to the questions you ask, and I would not suggest killing me. What would that prove? The you have the power to kill a dog smaller than your head? That'd make you look good," Harley barked. Usually, she was scared to death around the gaurds and Agro, but for some reason, she was standing up to Roscoe. Maybe it was better this way, it made her look more like a dark dog, and less like a rebel.

Roscoe finally felt himself lose control of himself. He wrapped his jaws around her small body and picked her up off the ground, his razor sharp fangs stabbing her skin and Roscoe could taste the faint metal taste of blood. He stalked out of the servant's quarters with her still in his jaws and sprinted up the stairs, heading towards one of the highest towers in the palace. When he finally reached the highest part of the palace, he headed out onto the open balcony the overlooked most of the island. Without even hesitating, he stood up on his hind legs and put his front paws on top of the balcony railing, letting his head and Harley hang over the edge. "How ya feelin' now Harley!? Still not wanting to tell me the truth?!" He growled through a mouthful of fur. Roscoe knew that Harley had to be a rebel. He HAD seen her leave the castle and he knew she was lying about that part. She was just trying to sound tough when really she was a good for nothing waste of fur and bones.

Harley shook her head. "I am not lying!" she insisted. "I have never left the palace and I wasn't planning on it! I am telling you the truth! I had nothing to do with Aspen escaping!" Harley wailed, pleading that Roscoe would believe her. She didn't want to die, especially this way, before she even had a chance to help the rebels. Her body was trembling. Roscoe could either drop her, and she'd be smashed, or he could just bite down and crush her bones in his mouth. Either would be painful and terrifying. Why was he picking on her? He had no reason to suspect that she had anything to do with the rebels. He couldn't kill her, he wouldn't. But Harley knew better. Roscoe didn't need a reason to kill. He would kill her, if he felt like it and there was nothing she could do.

Roscoe waited a moment, thinking about what she had said before finally answering. "Then who did have something to do with Aspen escaping?! You have to know something! Even if it is only a suspicion! You have to know of someone who has been acting suspicious lately!" He growled, still dangling her over the edge of the tower balcony. He was glad that she was finally taking him seriously. He didn't want to have to kill her because then he would have to come up with a good reason why he had killed her to tell Agro but that wasn't that much of a problem, just a pain. He could always say she had fallen. . . He grinned a little, and waited for her answer, his anger ebbing away a bit at a time now that he was getting some answers.

Harley just shook her head. "I've already told you what I think! I don't see other dogs often, besides Agro. You and your gaurds are the most suspicious to me! You are the ones who are suppost to be watching Aspen and she escaped, so I think it's a guard. It's either that or I have no clue!"Harley's body was trembling in fear. She couldn't die this way, not now. Idiot! Put me down now! You're so tough, you can pick on a dog smaller than your head! You really proved your power there! I really hope you don't kill me. Even if you do, the problem will have only just begun. The Rebels will win this battle, and Aspen will be back on the throne. Aspen's escape just proves that you will lose!

Roscoe growled once more. This stupid little rat was no help at all. "If it was a guard then that guard would not be with the rest of the guards out searching for Aspen. . ." Roscoe thought out loud before trailing off and thinking through his thoughts. He should probably go find Roxas and check and see if all the guards were accounted for. That would answer that question as to if it was a guard or not. Roscoe pulled his front paws off of the balcony so he was once again standing on all fours on balcony. He still held Harley in his mouth. "I am going to go check with Roxas and see if all the guards are accounted for. And if they are, you better have a better idea as to who did this because you are the one I will come looking for." He growled, not putting her down just yet.

Harley shook her head. He really is an idiot. But at least he's finally letting me go! "You asked for my best idea, and I gave it to you. If you're not happy with that, that's not my fault. I gave you my best guess as to who was involved. I told you I had no idea, and if I was wrong, then you have NO right coming back to look for me and question me some more. I'm not all-knowing and don't have your answer! So keep you're search away from me! Harley barked. Roscoe was slightly annoying her, acting like she was the one who was responsible for Aspen's escape. She knew nothing about it, because she hadn't had contact with the Rebels since Agro took rule.

Roscoe growled and closed his jaws together a little bit tighter, his fangs digging into her. "Watch yourself you little rat, I will do whatever I please and you better watch your back because if Agro were to ever hear about how rude and snippy you were being to his most trusted dog, he would most definitely have your head." Roscoe snapped, his anger coming back a little more now. He would have to speak to Agro about getting rid of this no good little ball of fluff. She wasn't much use to them if she didn't even have any idea who could have helped Aspen escape.

Harley let out a growl."Well as Agro's personal servant, I doubt he'd be so quick to get rid of me." Harley smiled. "Agro might be interested in how you are abusing his loyal servent without a probable cause." Harley had relaxed. It didn't look like Roscoe would kill her, but you never knew. He liked to think he could do whatever he wanted, but he couldn't. He wasn't Agro. He wasn't incharge. Harley laughed on the inside. She wished he would just leave her alone and quit threatening her. He didn't know that Agro would have her head, and Harley doubted he would, unless he twisted what happened and made Harley seem horrible. She wasn't being any ruder to him than he was to her.
